Recent change's at e-Formation Software Systems.
As many of you are aware, we set-up a new company e-Formation Software Systems on the 27th May 2009 after the receivership of Retail Media Limited early this year - who was a 50% shareholder of e-Formation Limited.
Since these developments we have further explored our opportunities for strategic growth and brand positioning to allow this business to take on a slightly different look and feel but maintaining the core activities and competencies.

One of those key opportunities we felt was critically important was to further develop a completely new brand by renaming e-Formation Software Systems Limited - Chook Software Limited (a clucking good name)! From here, we can build a new brand identity and personality so we can create some fun! (see companies documentation on this name change)
We are currently developing our branding, brand communications and our website (which is undertaking a re-design). We are both truly committed to building the business so that we provide distinctive added value to your businesses or charities.
